Bulb in street light recently replaced. Someone has complained that too bright. Guard fixed to it and stopping light shining at the bottom of the cul de sac. Still unable to see where we are walking. Can the guard to the right hand side of the light be lifted slightly so that light can reach the bottom of the cul de sac. Unable to attach a picture as so dark at the bottom of the cul de sac nothing can be made out. Someone would need to inspect in the dark to see the problem.

We can confirm that after an inspection of the area we have instructed our contractors to adjust the side shield currently in place. The shield can be angled outwards and we trust that after attendance this will allow more light onto the ground around the cul-de sac. This report is now closed but if there are further issues then please log a new report
