Rubbish dumped in North Wharf Road

Gail's bakery is dumping food waste and rubbish outside the school every evening. It is in bags and not in a bin. Rats, foxes and pigeons are ripping the bags open so the refuse vehicles then leave the bags in the street. It is a health hazard to our children, staff, parents and visitors as well as other residents and businesses. Gail's claim that they are allowed to do this!

Ignore the cardboard. as you can see that has a Westminster collection sticker on it
