Road surface damaged/potholes

Sent to National Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3184514.

On 16/12/2021 at approx 17:00 I was leaving the motorway entering lane 2 of the slip road when I went over a very rough or damaged road surface. As the road was not lit I was not able to see the road surface and feel this was dangerous. As I was on a motorbike I could feel the bike become unblanced and the surface was so rough I could feel the forks bouncing when braking.
