Mud on cycle track.
Reported via desktop in the Potholes and maintenance category anonymously at 14:45, Mon 13 December 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3177277.
Practically the whole length of the cycle track alongside the Eastern By-Pass Road/Southern By-Pass Road, from near the Rose Hill housing estate, down towards the Kennington roundabout, has a layer of mud on it which has been there following some kind of pipe-laying work. The work seems to have now all but finished, but no attempt appears to have been made to clean the cycle track surface and restore it to how it was before the work was carried out. It Is obviously worse when the weather is wet. Can the surface be cleaned?

Further on this the contractors have churned up all the grass verges and made no attempt to make good and this layer of mud has been made much worse by all the rain we have had recently.contactors have also left a dumper truck and a catapilar track from a digger at the scene
