Part of sign indicating a5 / kilburn missing since 2018

Reported via desktop in the Signs and bollards category anonymously at 09:54, Thu 9 December 2021

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

The part of the road sign on Sussex Gardens, outside the Four Stars Hotel - which is supposed to show that the next left turn is for the A5 and Kilburn - has been missing since 2018. This is far too long for a broken road sign to go without being replaced. People from outside London - for example delivery drivers - rely on these signs, especially if they don't know the area well. How is anyone supposed to follow directions like "turn left onto the A5" if there is no sign showing which road the A5 is? Please sort this out.
