New gulley drain needed The Avenue jct Southend Rd, Beckenham The nearest gulley is uphill (to the east) of the large puddle on the corner, which is where people (including those with wheelchairs, walkers, prams etc) cross. Please install an additional drain where it is needed. This is an additional hazard when it freezes, and collects leaves too. As a drain can be an obstacle in its own right, please use a design (or connector to the existing drain) that feet and wheels etc can pass over with reasonable ease and safety. Thank you.
