Overgrown trees, shrubs and plants encroaching on pole mounted cables plus blocking light to West Lodge and Foxhill Lane. Significant leaves on highway leading to unstable and unsafe surface. This has been present for some months, if not years as the trees have not been managed for some time. Thanks
