Verbal abuse by public employee

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

At Rembrandt Gardens this morning (23 November). Little Venice I was forced to empty my canal boat waste due to CRT’s not cleaning their facilities. A cleaner came in and began bombarding me with the most appalling verbal abuse. I apologised and said I would clean up, but he continued to swear at me with the foulest language. I might have been at fault, but if he had been more civil, I would be far more likely to listen. I believe he should be suspended or at least severely reprimanded. As a public employee, he should be much better behaved.
