Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

There is a blue Volkswagen van parked in front of no 12 garage in field avenue blackbird Leys ! this has been there for approximately year or more, it is UNTAXED and NO MOT, this is causing an obstruction for people reversing out of their garages and also for people using mobility and wheel chairs as it is parked part way over the pavement of a very busy road

  • I do not understand why this is classed as private land when the van is on council garage property and it overhangs the pavement causing an obstruction and blocks the view of cars reversing out of their garages. It is also an eyesore for the estate. I clicked on the wrong area on the map it is the forecourt of the garage 912 field avenue.. your map is not easy to follow with no street names.

  • From my point of view with regards to taking action, If the land is not classified Highway, then it is Private, (regardless of the owner).
