Pavement again covered in school-run litter

Reported via desktop in the Street cleaning category anonymously at 18:52, Fri 29 October 2021

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later

Westland Drive - west side pavement between Dumbarton Rd and Victoria Park Drive South covered in usual lunchtime litter from fast food shops and the Tesco garage.

Whatever was said between the council and local schools, and schools to pupils (if anything) is not working. This issue has been going on for years.

And still no sign of a street bin half-way up that pavement to try and help. Meanwhile the council leader declared ‘150 new street bins’ last week. Presumably all placed around the SEC.
