Sunken section across the complete width of the B4026 Over Norton Road opposite junction with a Park Road in Chipping Norton.

Reported via desktop in the Pothole category by Rupert Cambray at 19:11, Tue 26 October 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Sunken section of road as above is causing significant vibration to be transferred into the surrounding 10 or so properties when buses or larger vehicles drive over it. This can be felt in the properties and the concern is that hit may cause structural damage over time. There is also a noise issue associated with the impact. A temporary repair was carried out earlier in the year but only on half of the road width and that has deteriorated so the issue is returning. This issue has been previously reported on report numbers: ENQ21891900. ENQ21894677. ENQ21901053. James Davies has visited site and requested this to be re raised if no action within 3 weeks hence this ticket.

Council ref: ENQ21908620
