Tree causing subsidence to front wall

Reported via desktop in the Public Trees category anonymously at 14:32, Mon 18 October 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The tree outside my house has caused subsidence to my front wall with cracking noted and bricks crumbling. Builders appointed in order to re-point the wall (which was only built last year), however have been advised that this is a fruitless task until the subsidence issue has been resolved. Insurance company advised, however as the subsidence has only caused damage to the front wall they are unwilling to investigate further as the costs would not exceed the policy excess. The drain outside of my house has also caved in which could cause future blocking issues.
