Constant Engine Idling and Littering by Council Waste Collection Staff

Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3068818.

The waste collection van that comes to our streets is constantly sat her with its engine idling while the team seem to just be taking brakes. Council policy must keep up with the times and make sure that the engines are only on when necessary if they want to keep their green credentials intact. Furthermore, I saw members of the waste collection crew throwing their own litter out of the windows while driving away! Disgraceful and hypocritical!
