Rubbish keeps getting dumped in front of 7 Mertoun Terrace. It has been there since Thursday. Photo is from yesterday morning. There is twice as much today and bags and boxes are spilling onto street. Person uses recycling bags for rubbish as well. This is a continuing problem, not the first time it has happened. It is unpleasant having garbage strewn all over the street.
