Cement and mud washed into drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3064966.
No 40 st John's crescent is having building work done and the builders poured excess building cement into the road and washed it down into the gully. It would appear from above that the gully is now partially blocked
