The footpath is once again flooded and impassable. It is 20 days since you acknowledged the problem but nothing appears to have been done to correct the situation. I would appreciate a progress report.

There has been no progress on the problems. How long does it take to make further investigations! The picture attached was taken today,2nd Dec, this route is used daily by children going to school(not at the moment) , the alternative route is across a very narrow path close to busy traffic across the railway bridge. On 12 Dec its the Prestbury Christmas fair, the route is normally busy for this event. The additional issue is that it appears the overflows for local septic tanks are polluting the standing water, this is far from satisfactory

This problem has been an issue since Sept 2021. No progress has been made apart from signs indicating "Flood". It is not acceptable that the matter has not been resolved and I would appreciate an explanation and who to contact to ensure something happens ! The above photo is the current situation 10/01/22.
