Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3053362.

Address on rubbish / fly tipping left opposite Mertoun Terrace. The culprit continues to put rubbish on the corner of Harrowby Street and Seymour place. Most nights the bags are ripped open by vermin and an awful job for the roadsweeper. When someone has a blatant disregard for others and the area they live it must to be time to take action in way of fine. Can the inspector please look at this as it’s an easy one to stop as the address is clear to see from the fly tipping
