Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3048014.

There are several (4 or 5) abandon vehicles parked entirely on the footpath totaly blocking pedestrian walkway in Seymour Close. Forcing the elderly residents to walk in the road.All these vehicles are untaxed or without an MOT. Some have neither. There is also at the moment 2 vehicles parked at the begining part of Rugwood road that have no tax.
