Accumulated loose stone and gravel

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3045400.
With the recent rainfall - a large volume of loose stone has washed down and accumulated in a dip in the road. This dip has also got two drains. The stone risks being washed in and blocking the drains, but the primary purpose of me writing is that a cyclist and a vehicle met here the other day, and on breaking skidded - and almost had an accident. The loose stone is affecting the ability of vehicles to break safely. The volume of stone may make it difficult for a road sweeper to clear this. It may need physically shovelling and removing.
