Speed hump creating an issue

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3028298.

Where the two different road surfaces meet when HGVs or large vehicles drive over it creates a vibration, shakes the house. Have had cracks inside house but now also cracked concrete under gate support. plse can we have a look
