Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3024070.

I am PC MURRAY 1464AW Charing Cross Police Station On 19/08/2021 a male spray painted on the bin. We know who it is. Is the Westminster council interested in prosecuting the male. IF so I will need a signed statement and a valuation for the cost of cleaning the bin. Please let me know either way or request a call p242341@met.police.uk
