Road work in 73 Duke street

I was driving on the 21/09/2021 before 17.00 o'clock in Duke street going to Selfridges and network planning solutions doing road work next to the church and 73 Duke street.and suddenly the workers started to use the angle grander when i was passing. I believe the action of the workers in breach of health and safety rules without due care attention causing chipped damage to my windscreen and body paint of the car please take this matter into consideration because the car is my livelihood i support my self and my family from this car as a chauffeur thanks
