Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The birds take litter from the bins and drop it on the pavement. Need bins with lids.

  • It appears the wrong action has taken place on this issue. A bin with a lid was requested to prevent the birds taking the litter out. But you have removed the bin completely! This is a residential area with many businesses in this vicinity and a bin is in great demand. Can you please replace this bin preferably with a lid , if this cannot happen just replace the bin as it was originally . Thank you
