Huge tree overhanging my property

We live next to the open space between Whitchurch and Stockwood, behind our property there is a row of very large trees leading down to the stream, the tree closest to our property is taller then are house and is encroaching onto our property.

    We believe that the trees adjacent it have ash dieback and this needs to be dealt with
