The complete surrounding footpath [40feet] that ajoins 54 Eastcote Park rear property has been dug up . The depth of the trench is aprox 9 inches. The offender is having fencing erected but will never make safe or good of the public path.

Groundwork from the property owner has caused dangerous trenches in the public footpath surrounding the rear property.
