HS52BVW this car has been parked in a private Visitors bay on Cloudeseley Close Sidcup for over 2 years. We as the Property Management Company would like it removed. this car does not belong to any residents.

  • Unfortunately there is NOTHING ILLEGAL IN THE CAR BEING PARKED THERE AS IT IS IN A VISITOR'S BAY , UNLESS THERE IS SIGNING SAYING YOU CAN ONLY USE THE VISITORS BAY FOR SO MANY HOURS

  • Councils have a responsibility to remove abandoned vehicles in ‘open air’ as per the .gov page on abandoned vehicles, regardless of whether the land is private.
