Rain water from Wells road enters and floods my garden
Reported via desktop in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 18:58, Tue 27 July 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2895499.
The pavement is lower than the road. When it rains the water travels across the pavement and onto my drive. My garage has been flooded on 3 separate occasions and I have lost valuable items due to water damage. When we have heavy rain like today the volume of water overwhelms my drains and floods. The flood is at least 100mm deep. The pavement needs to slope towards the road. It currently slopes towards my house. I cannot currently use the floor of my garage and the debris left behind takes days to clear up and dry out

I reported this 28th July 2021. The situation is now worse. The 2 trees have now made the pavement lower and created a trip hazard and allow more rain water to flow into my driveway causing my drains to be overwhelmed by the rain. Winter is here and the problem will now be worse. I have received absolutely zero feedback or action. How long does it take?
