Overhanging Tree

Reported via mobile in the Private property category anonymously at 15:47, Mon 26 July 2021 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later

The tree located outside of my property has grown far too large, branches are overhanging on my property. When everything falls off the tree it ends up on my drive, when it rains the leaves are extremely slippery causing myself and children to fall on numerous occasions. I have an elderly parents who often visit and this is now becoming a danger for them to walk on my drive. The tree has become far too big.

  • As the adjacent property I am adding to this report to say its been 6 weeks since you were investigating and the tree overhangs even more now over the 2 properties next to the tree, causing a serious hazard as was said before.

  • I first reported this on 26 July, nearly 3 months ago and I have not received a response. Yet again the leaves are falling and when it rains this is extremely dangerous. I slipped on some leaves myself after the heavy rains in the week. This tree is a hazard. I also note you have no hesitation in cutting every single tree in Summerhill Avenue to a top stump???
