Rubbish dumping

Every day there are household items that should be collected by Westminster council for a fee. Some people dump their rubbish because they don’t want to pay Westminster council. Also some people are saying they can’t get the council to collect large items due to the Covid and they have no other option but to fly tip. There are lots homeless sleeping on many streets in Paddington. Not just the Eastern European women and their male minders but others of different nationalities. There are cyclists, e scooters, Deliveroo couriers using the pavements instead of the roads. There is illegal use of the NHS parking permit etc etc. All the council cares about is eat out to help out and the mound being built at Marble Arch. Westminster is a mess and getting worse every day. Traffic wardens turning a blind eye to yellow line parking to drivers visiting mosques, they smile and chat to the perpetrators parking anywhere they choose. Deliveroo courier calling a car driver an English pig because the car driver wanted him to go around or back up from his car. The courier to told him to move his a**e. Every day disputes with drivers in the streets. Like the Wild West in Paddington.
