Today a large lorry has blocked the pavement outside 8 Elm road, there is nowhere safe to cross the road now, as the building of the new library has stopped one half of the other side of the road making the only place to cross the traffic lights, and the vehicle blocking the whole pavement has prevented access to the next crossing near Carlton road , so people are now being forced to cross or walk in the road , this is a busy road with several bus routes , nothing was done about this yesterday
