Rubbish left by Lamppost outside 3 & 5 York St

Various items of rubbish left daily for a period of over a year. Today there are large bags of rubbish and cardboard boxes and have sighted rats. As people walk past they are adding to the rubbish too. The rubbish is being left by the residents of No 3 York St which is a building of many studio flats. Please contact the building manager of No 3 York St to ensure the tenants stop leaving rubbish at this lampost and please put a sign to say 'do not leave rubbish here' on the lamppost. This matter needs to be resolved urgently, especially as our neighbours have also sighted rats and it is very unpleasant to having rubbish dumped here everyday. Please take urgent action - a sign for the lampost and please contact the residents and building manager at 3 York St
