At lamp post 78 the foliage is growing outwards causing the gap between the road and pavement becoming smaller. It’s causing pedestrians to walk ever closer to the roadway

The council can’t be bothered 😕, but if a pedestrian gets hit by a passing vehicle (god forbid) they will be bothered then with a law suit. Cus they’ve been told.
