Overgrown hedge causing pedestrians to walk out into the road

The bushes are so overgrown that the footpath is barely wide enough for even one person to walk along. It would be virtually impossible for a wheelchair user or pushchair to safely use the pavement. This is particularly an issue because is is on a bend in the road where cars come around really fast and it is a main path for school children walking to and from Whitchurch Primary school.
