Road surface full of potholes

Sent to Sheffield City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2758102.

This road surface is now so full of potholes that not only is it dangerous to drive over the dust that is raised by the traffic that uses it, is potentially detrimental to the health of the residents. The resurface that was done a few years back has now mostly worn away.
