Trees overgrowing causing danger, blocking light to gardens.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2718770.

At the back of Willow Walks nature reserve there are a number of over grown trees which are now growing over the fences in to peoples gardens this is dangerous with windy conditions. They are also blocking a lot of light.

  • Thank you for the report. We have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The trees present are on land not deemed to be part of the publicly maintained highway by OCC in our capacity as local highway authority. The trees present are on land maintainable by an adjacent landowner and not by the County Council. You can access the land registry at: https://www.gov.uk/ search-property-information-land-registry to find details of the adjacent landowner to pursue your enquiry.
