Work starting on construction site in early morning

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2682774.

Residents complaining that construction starting on site at unreasonable time in the morning, reports were that they are starting approximately 7am with loud noise etc.
