Could somebody on the council please explain why why at the end of Harland Avenue they have not marked the junction to indicate both sides or two ways for some reason they have done the ostrich and buried their head instead of making one side of Harland Avenue one way and the other side another way they have left it up to the public to ASSUME it is one way at the beginning of the year ear they had a lorry unloading on one side I went down the other side which I legally have the right to do so no the policeman coming the other way started to lecture me that I was driving the wrong way I even had to point out to the place it is not a one-way Street SO WE'RE BACK TO THE QUESTION WHY CAN'T THE COUNCIL MAKE A DECISION AND CLEARLY MARK IT IS TWO-WAY OR CLEARLY MARK IT AS ONE WAY
