These stop cock covers have been presenting a long-term trip hazard for all 15+.years of my residency. They are located outside 22 Eastwell.Close.

We have investigated this report and found the issue to be the responsibility of Thames Water. We have therefore referred the enquiry to Thames Water. Future issues with Thames Water infrastructure can be reported directly to Thames Water via: http://www.thameswater.co.uk/ 16266.htm

Thank you. Thames Water are in the area until tomorrow, and small adjustments have been made, for which I'm grateful. But the trip hazard remains.
