This Ash tree was problematic last year and probably for past couple of years. Our elderly neighbour Ms Honor McWatters wrote to the person in charge of Trees to report the tree. Branches fell off last year and there were not many leaves on it. Branches look now like they will just fall.off. it is a parking area alongside where this tree is plus houses close to it. It is on a grass bank area within the cul-de-sac of houses numbers 11 to 49 Blackmore Drive
