Early Morning street cleaner

Can someone explain as to why a extremely noisy street cleaning machine has to come down a quiet residential road at 6.45 in the morning??? This has been happening for years and is unacceptable!!!

  • I have had an answer from the Council explaining that Serco start working at 6.30!!!! Sorry but I find this totally unacceptable!!!! What about quality of life for residents! Clearly none!!
