Shield not replaced after repairs carried out on this street light, it is extremely bright and directly outside a bedroom window. Please can crew fix this as it previously had a light shield to prevent this.

This street light was causing problems with my neighbour as it was so bright but the lighted head of the post has now been turned and appears to have been dimmed leaving the area outside my house very, very dark. This is much darker than it was with the original bulb.

I live at 93 Meadowside drive, Whitchurch the street light has been out for two nights also the light outside 99. Please would you investigate as it is very dark outside the houses within this area, thank you.
