Pothole on the Telegraph path

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2516337.

When it rains a big pothole or pool is built in the telegraph path making impossible to use the path and in my case with kids is more complicated. I don't think any drainage is in place and this could be a possible solution.
