Sent to South Northamptonshire District Council less than a minute later

Cars parked directly opposite Gallipoli Drive on Jutland Drive, car parked on the corner and another car in photo which is blocking the footpath. Red car is parked on that corner every day, with near misses every single day with cars coming from all directions. If there was an emergency a fire engine would not be able to get round the corner.
