Untaxed van, on axle stands, leaking oil, lewisham useless.
Reported via desktop in the Abandoned vehicles category anonymously at 16:12, Fri 18 December 2020
Sent to Lewisham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2438357.
I have been complaining about this problem for ages, over a year so you can't use covid as another one of your excuses.
I will not use your own reporting system, would rather everyone on this website have the chance to see how slow you are to do anything and considering your council tax is quite a bit more than Bromley which I have also dealt with, seems like you're bad value.
Bromley removed an untaxed vehicle left outside property within 2 week.
This whole area is ruined by one family. The guy buys these old bangers and breaks them outside on the street, untaxed, leaking hazardous oils all over the place, a fire hazard etc yet you take literally years to sort it?
I report the vehicles for no tax, you do nothing? He puts tape over the number plate and then you're powerless because it appears to have taken you months to even start.
AV55 YRF is the taped up transit with no tax.
Cant make it any easier for you.

"However all Vehicle Removals have been suspended due to the National Lockdown"
Even thought this was originally reported in 19/07/2019 a year and a half before the lockdown even started.
It's quite obvious who's making all the rubbish, if don't sort out the root cause the problem will continue.

Thames water just came to ask me to move the car as it is parked over one of their mains or something. I tell them the car has nothing to do with me despite having been parked directly outside my house without moving for months. I suggest where they might find the owner Surprise surprise. All of a sudden the car is able to move and he parks it round the corner.
