Bins removed from Dorset Street

We had a long going issue with the bins on Montagu Row. The City Inspector (Prasanna) was helpful in getting the bins removed and relocated. When the were relocated to Dorset Street (corner of Montagu Row, all of the previous issues disappeared and people used the bins correctly and less crime on Montagu Row. Bins being used in the right way in Dorest Street. Yesterday the council removed the bins on Dorset Street. People now have nothing to use and this is causing a major problem again as people are just dumping rubbish again. Why did the council remove the relocated bins? The system Was working well!
