Sent to Westminster City Council less than a minute later

Every single day rubbish is being dumped and food containers discarded in St Anselm's Place. Yesterday the street cleaner cleaned Gilbert Street, but didn't bother cleaning St Anselm's Place. This street is NEVER cleaned, please put it on the rota for cleaning. It is a major health hazard & unpleasant for the residents
