Cars are parking over pavement blocking safe pedestrian access, so buggies or wheelchairs forced onto road at busy blind junction. *Please leave notice on vehicles, or better still make this short length of road double yellow lines!* Which Ward is responsible for maintaining parking restrictions?

We've passed this report to our Traffic and Safety department in the council and your reference number for this matter is 697036.
However, we wouldn't hold any enforcement authority for vehicles parking on pavements. Any instances such as this should be reported to the police via the non-emergency line of 101.
