Right outside of the flats in Broadley Terrace NW8; close to the junction of Boradley Terrace and Lisson Grove.

These bloody bikes have been sticking out here and tripping-up passers by for ages. Illegally attached to the street signage, in such a way that they present a significant hazard to people walking by, and an annoyance to drivers trying to park there, who cannot open the drivers door because of the way they are slumped all over the place. They should not be chained to any street posts in any case, the borough council by laws prohibit that, more so when they are causing an OBSTRUCTION; which they bloody well are.
