Dropped kerb is not low enough

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2404316.

The dropped kerb outside of St Mary's primary school is not low enough for my daughters wheelchair to go across safely as a result of the jolt going down the strap popped open and caused her to fall out into the road. The head teacher saw this happen and is happy to talk regarding this.
