You don’t have an option for cyclists and escooters riding on pavements. Today approx 1230 on Edgware rd just past Waitrose an Asian looking young man was riding a Santander bike on the pavement going towards Marble Arch. He was riding erratically weaving in and out. He was coming straight towards me so I pointed to the road meaning he should be on the road not the pavement. With this he rode straight for me only swerving away at the last minute. He had mad eyes so maybe he isn’t well but we need marshals in Paddington it’s so bad.
